We can no longer accept walk-in appointments, due to government guidelines.

Consultations

We offer a 10 minute consultation so that we can discuss any special requirements which you may have and whether we can meet your needs. There is no charge for the consultation. Please call us in advance to arrange a time.

COVID-19 Secure

Before making a booking, it is now a government requirement that you review all our COVID-19 Secure information. This is on our website here COVID-19 page. If you have any questions or special health requirements, please send us an email request before making your booking.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

For clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or who do not show up for an appointment, we reserve the right to invoice the client for the full price. We may also ask the client for payment in advance for any new appointments, or we may decline new appointments.

Deposits

We may request a 50% deposit for bookings lasting more than two hours. The deposit is not refundable except in a case where the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the start time. Please understand that we are a very small business and cancellation at short notice means that we are unlikely to fill the space with other customers but we will still have the same costs!
